Ghanaian born hip – pop rap attacker from the ancient capital Cape Coast, known in real life as Lukeman Baidoo aka Teephlow, has finally revealed to the public why he lost the best rapper of the year category in the 2018 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards to the boss of SarkCess Music Sarkodie.
In an exclusive radio interview after winning ‘Record of the year’ in the Ghanaian most prestigious awards scheme for his timeless record “State of the Art” in the first time of his musical career, the rapper disclosed to cape coast based radio station ‘Radio Central’ drive show hosted by Amansan Krakye that, although all the nominees in that category including him deserved to win that award, the heavyweight rap act Sarkodie stood a better chance ahead of them in that Category.
He said, ‘’Sarkodie was the rapper who stood the chance to win the best rapper of the year category’’
According to the State of the Art hitmaker, although his management team and fans laid a lot of energy to win that category, it was not fruitful at the end of their good fight.
The stylish fante rapper counseled all his loving fans to continue to have confidence in him in the subsequent years ahead, because he has a lot of dope and great hit songs ready to be released, which he believes can win that prestigious accolade to his fans to make them proud.
The SpyDerLee Entertainment signed artiste urged all Ghanaians to download and watch the Video of the State of the Act song which he believes has the best content with a very deep meaning.
The SOA rapper Teephlow together with his management are ready to embark on a Thank You Tour in his hometown Cape Coast to thank his great fans in the region for pushing and supporting his career to the top. The tour is scheduled to start from Thursday, April 19, 2018 to Saturday, April 21, 2018.
