Astounding Ghanaian Hiplife artiste who sings and rap marvelously, widely known as Obrafour, has disclosed why he used the name Moesha in his latest hit song featuring heavyweight rapper Sarkodie.
The ‘Kasiebo” hitmaker’ in an interview with Amansan Krakye, host of Radio Central drive show in Cape Coast made it known that, the hook of his new song titled Moesha has been there for more than ten years, but saw the relevance of the song in our contemporary time.
When he was asked by the host whether the Ghanaian actress and model Moesha Boduong whose interview on CNN offended Ghanaian women influenced him to sing the song, he said ” Not really, I have a friend in the United States who have been persuading me to compose a song for his black American girl friend called Moesha. So I decided to compose the song in the honor of my good friend”.
He continued, ” my team decided to released the Song Moesha because it was the Right time based on the way the name had trended all over the country for some time”.
Obrafour featured Sarkodie on the Moesha Song produced by Jam Master Jay, where the Pae Mu Ka hitmaker expressed his regret after letting the love of his life walk out of his life.
He mentions how much he misses Moesha after parting ways with her.
According to Obrafour, his latest song is the first song of his Obrafofro love Chronicle Album ready to get it released soon featuring other talented artistes such as Stonebwoy and host of others.
