Government renames Flagstaff House to Jubilee House

The government of the Republic of Ghana has finally rename the resident of the Head of State from its previous name which had been given by the previous government.

A statement which contains the objectives behind the renaming of the house of presidents and signed by the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo clearly outlines the reasons for such renaming.

Flagstaff house, which was the previous name of the house had been given by the previous government by the former president of the Republic, John Dramani Mahama. There were speculations that the name would be change by the incumbent government but this was denied by the media.
