Kwaku Asante Boateng, the Member of Parliament (MP) for Asante-Akim South, has donated a cheque of GH¢ 13,000.00, to hide the price of this 12 months’s BECE mock exam, underway for ultimate 12 months scholars within the Municipality.
That is the second one time the Municipal Training Directorate, has held the mock exam aimed toward giving over 2,800 applicants the publicity to the forward of the Elementary Training Certificates Exam (BECE), scheduled to be written in June.
Mr. Alexander Frimpong, the Municipal Leader Govt (MCE), at a short lived rite offered the cheque to the Training Directorate on behalf of the MP on Tuesday.
He mentioned the mock exam used to be a self belief booster to the applicants, who can be writing an exterior exam for the primary time and charged the Directorate to verify strict invigilation to avert malpractices.
“The intervention is to present the applicants a greater predisposition to the foundations governing the exam that the workout used to be to reveal the pupils to the foundations governing the principle exam,” he added.
The MCE, who paid for the primary mock exam arranged for the applicants remaining time period, mentioned the gesture through the MP and himself as key stakeholders used to be geared in opposition to bettering the efficiency of the Municipality within the BECE.
