Ghanaian Reggae and Dancehall recording artiste, Emmanuel Andrews Samini, known by his stage name as Samini has disclosed that his latest single titled “MY OWN” is just an experiment he intends to carry out for his latest Reggae Album yet to be released to his loving fans.
Speaking on Radio Central in Cape Coast hosted by Amansan krakye, the ‘Time Bomb’ hit maker disclosed that he is really working hard on his Reggae projects as his next album, and really want to use the latest song “My Own” already receiving massive air play to let his fans have a feel of what he intends to release to them.
He explained that, “It was an experiment he was trying to do, and he is really happy the way people are really loving and enjoying the song”
He said, “My Own song is a dedication to someone who is always there for you no matter the circumstances, and the need for you to appreciate and praise the person”.He added that, his greatest achievement in the music industry is yet to come although he has been the only Ghanaian artiste to win MOBO Award.
The CEO of High-Grade Family indicated that although he is working on his personal projects, yet ready to unearth more talents to the Ghanaian music industry. He is known to have mentored great artistes in the industry such as Kaakie, Stonebwoy, Kinaata and host of others.
He further advised Ghanaian uprising musicians to be humble, hardworking and go all right in their bid climbing to the top in the music industry. The last time the 2008 Artiste of the Year at the Ghana Music Awards released an album was his sixth Album in 2015.
