Sensational Ghanaian singer based in Takoradi known in real life as Joseph Nkrumah Buabeng, popularly known as Nero X, with a current hit song “Winner” trending all over the country has revealed that he nearly died in an accident on the same road female songstress Ebony met her untimely death.
Nero X further explained to ‘Radio Central’ Drive Show, hosted by Amansan Krakye, monitored by Oilcitytoday that, he traveled to Sunyani with his management team a week before the “Sponsor” hitmaker had her motor accident.
According to him, his vehicle nearly got into a head-on collision with the heap of the gravel’s that had covered the road at the same spot Ebony accident occurred. He said ” It was through God’s intervention that hoarded us. We talked about how bad the road was and the need for authorities to make it better before it could take the life of another person”.
He sadly noted that, it was so unfortunate his colleague artiste Ebony could not escape in that fatal accident that led to the death of three people.
The ‘ Osey ‘ singer who was unveiled few months ago as an ambassador by the Ghana National Road Safety Commission to help preach good will messages through his songs to help reduce road accident in the country.
He said, “i released a song ‘Okwan So Br3br3’ which featured his colleague National Safety Icon KK Fosu few weeks ago, but my project had not been taken serious by Ghanaians”
“Some of the people in the media who are to help push the song and the video to the top are reluctant to do it. They think I have taken huge some of money somewhere. But am running the project with my own resources to help save innocent souls on our road”.
He made it clear that the death of Ebony had nothing to do with any spiritual source, but due to our bad roads our leaders have not taken it seriously.
The Westside Legacy born Star later urged all his loving fans both home and abroad to get ready for his first album dubbed “Grace Album” by August 2018.
