Ghana international Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu has returned to the Udinese squad for their trip to Genoa in the Serie A on Sunday after serving a one-game suspension.
The 25-year-old powerful box-to-box midfielder missed Udinese’s 1-0 reverse to Bologna at the Stadio Communale Fruili last weekend due to suspension.
But after serving a game ban for accumulation of yellow cards, the former Asante Kotoko midfielder has returned to Stefano Colantuono’s team for the trip.
The Udinese contingent are expected to leave Udine on Saturday morning and touch down in Liguria for the clash on Sunday.
Badu’s return is expected to bolster the Little Zebras midfield as they seek their first win in eight games and push further up for a safer mid-table spot.
The Black Stars third-in command has been influential for Udinese this season, scoring three league goals in 22 appearances.
